Content on this site is for general information. We may update pricing, features, and descriptions at any time. Published prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless noted, and taxes may apply.

Services

• Web design and development (including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and custom stacks by request).
• Managed hosting and related infrastructure.
• SEO, paid advertising management, and AI automation projects as quoted.

Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for paid work are defined in the project agreement. Response-time targets (for example support tiers) are first-reply goals on business days, not guarantees of full resolution within that window.

Acceptable use

You may not use our site or services for unlawful activity, abuse of infrastructure, distribution of malware, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights. We may suspend hosting or related services that put systems or other clients at risk.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and branding on icebear.agency belong to Icebear Agency unless otherwise noted. Client project IP is handled in the relevant project agreement (typically, you own final deliverables once invoices are paid in full, while we retain pre-existing tools and methods).

Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose regarding the public marketing site. Service-level commitments for paid hosting or retainers, if any, appear in your service agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Icebear Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for paid services is limited as set out in the applicable client agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
