Icebear Agency (“we”, “us”) is a web design, hosting, and growth studio based in Vancouver, BC. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use icebear.agency or contact us.

• Email details you send us directly (name, email address, message content, and any files you attach).
• Technical data that may be collected by our hosting provider in server logs (IP address, browser type, date/time, requested URL).
• We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels or analytics on this site. If that changes, we will update this page.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through Cloudflare (our website host and email routing provider) so we can receive your message at our inbox. We may also share data with processors who help us run the business (for example email hosting), only as needed to deliver services, and under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Inquiry emails and project records are kept only as long as needed for the business relationship and ordinary legal/accounting retention, then deleted or archived securely.
